Based on the Enterprise Law 2014 effective from July 1, 2015 stipulated: Each enterprise can have multiple seals; Enterprises have full rights, use seals and are free to choose shapes, sizes and colors for seals.
4. VAT invoices
Starting from September 19, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 93/2017/TT-BTC to amend and supplement Clause 3, Clause 4, Article 12 of Circular No. 219/2013/TT-BTC on December 31, 2013. Accordingly, enterprises no longer need to submit a 06/VAT sheet to register the VAT calculation method.

In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2014, enterprises may only trade conditionally when they fully meet such conditions and must maintain conditions throughout the operation process. Previously under the provisions of the Enterprise Law 2005, when registering business sectors conditional on practice certificates, enterprises must present practice certificates when carrying out procedures at the Business Registration Office.
However, currently in accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2014, when carrying out business registration procedures, enterprises no longer need to present practice certificates. The management of business conditions will be supervised by specialized agencies. The supervision can be through the licensing of operations, enterprises are only allowed to conduct business activities if they have a license issued by specialized management agencies.

Dossiers- time - cost of establishing a company
1. Dossiers of establishment of the company:
In accordance with the Enterprise Law and Decree 78/2015/ND-CP, the dossiers for establishment of the company include:
+ Certified copy of ID card or passport or citizen ID card
+ Application for enterprise registration certificate.
+ Company charter
+ List of members of a limited liability company with two or more members or a list of founding shareholders
2. Time of establishment of the company:
+ 03 working days with business registration certificate
+ 15 minutes for engraving and 24 hours for the announcement of company seal samples
+ 05 minutes for the procedure to be published on the national dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn
3. Costs of establishing a company:
+ Business registration fee: VND 200,000
+ Fee for seals and publication of seal samples: VND 500,000
+ Posting on the national portal on business registration: 300,000 VND
The total cost of establishing the company is VND 1,000,000.
